PHASE 1: 2024-May 2026
Conserve / Transform
Land carefully rehabilitated and Recovery Grove begins to emerge. Native shrub, Trees and grasses re- introduced. 1 Tent, power, communal areas, and life safety elements are completed.
PHASE 2: May-July 2026
Prove / Adjust / Scale
3-6 May 2026: 6 guests from Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing (PHWFF). Fishing Moccasin Lake and 1 other local Lake.
This visit is a Test invites PNW Regional Volunteer Leader, 3 PHWFF Volunteer Veteran Chapter leaders, and 2 demographically diverse Veteran Participants from PNW Chapters.
Based on this visit, suggestions, and operational observations we Adjust and continue to Scale. This requires Continual Fund-Raising, Partnership Building, and Physical Growth.
Phase 3: August - Oct 2026
Solidify / Certify
Continue scaled infrastructure build, Continue operational improvements, conduct small test stays, and continue Partnership building.
6-9 Sep 2026: 6 guests from PHWFF will conduct a fully functional visit including 2 full days of Fly Fishing the Local Rivers with local guides.
This Event will Certify the Operation and trigger the Requests of Our Partners to fund the remaining needs to achieve Full Operating Capacity (FOC)
SUSTAINMENT: 2027 -
The Concept is solid.
The Operation Plan is Tested.
The Build is Complete.
The Funding is converted to gift donations.
The Vision is proving daily to Veterans from all over the PNW that much like Nature Recovering an Aspen Grove - Veterans also know “No ONE Stands Alone” .

1 18’ White Duck Canvas Bell style tent on a platform, outfitted with 2 full size beds, linens, night table, solar light, clothes rack, 2 small chairs, rugs, and two outdoor chairs.
